Impressed that the company sent me a follow-up email. Instructional youtube video is helpful. Using tape to get the dust particles off made a huge difference. I like the fact the screen is satin, doesn't show the fingerprints like others I have used. Just applied to a new iPhone 4s, I will update this review in a month if anything noteworthy occurs, but so far I'm happy with the purchase!

Great protector. I have had it for a few weeks now and works great, no problems. I really liked the fact that the seller sends an email for a video of how to put it on your phone, great service. Very easy to do once you watch the video.

I did a ton of searching for a Verizon iPhone 4 matte style screen protector that was a quality product and I found it with this one. It came with two and a fantastic set of tools and well worded instructions with pictures. I gave my extra one to my boss who loves it. I will be purchasing it again for my fiance. Also came super fast. Terrific product.
